FreshRelief does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and our employees are not acting as your attorney or tax professional. Use of this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Calculations & Eligibility: Any "settlement estimates" or "program matches" are generated by an automated logic engine based on current Internal Revenue Manual (IRM) guidelines and the data you provide. These are for educational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of IRS acceptance. The IRS has the final authority to approve or deny any application for relief. Outcomes vary based on individual financial circumstances and IRS discretion.

Transparency Notice: FreshRelief is an independent technology provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or under contract with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any government agency. Unlike traditional firms that charge thousands for manual clerical work, we charge a flat software subscription fee for access to our automated toolset. We do not charge "success fees" or "percentage-of-savings" fees.
